June 6, 2013 DeKalb, IL Asperatus

Today was another normal day in DeKalb.  I went home a bit early with a splitting headache.  Once my headache let up I glanced at the radar and noticed that there was a really skinny line of thunderstorms headed for us.  I grabbed my camera and headed out.  When I got on the road I noticed that I should probably get to higher ground.  I headed for the parking deck and when I got there I noticed that there was a brilliant display of undulatus asperatus overhead.  There was a bit of precipitation out in front of the interesting parts so I grabbed what I could.  Enjoy.
